As a certified pediatric sleep consultant, I'm here to help your family get the sleep you deserve. I use a responsive attachment-based approach to sleep that respects your baby's needs and your parenting style. ​I know firsthand how exhausting sleep struggles can be, and I want to help families feel confident and well-rested. As a mom of two, I understand the ups and downs of baby sleep. I'm here to support you!
